Lucas Pineda Cardona, 70, was found with stab wounds and pronounced dead as officers responded to a home on the 11400 block of Queen Anne Ave. in Beltsville around 9 p.m. on Sunday, March 10.
Investigators are working to determine a suspect and motive but do not believe the crime to be random.
